My role models are those who are close to me in everyday life: my colleagues, friends and family, random acquaintances. I look up to almost everyone I know in something, whether it’s how they treat other people, enthusiast about things, make decisions or manage their time. I constantly try to steal some of the “good stuff” that I appreciate in them.

I have the joy of meeting new people every day in my work. I think it is a fortune because I can learn something new from every person in each meeting. People are interesting and everyone has got a history I don’t know of. Being curious, asking questions and listening to the answers is the key to get to know people and to build real and long-lasting relationships.

At Mpya Digital, we have tried to create a collaborative culture where people can shape their own rules. Everyone contributes to strategy and direction, but our shared purpose is set in stone.

I’ve found MPYA to be a great network for knowledge sharing, support and inspiration. The “Work is Joy” philosophy gets us all thinking, but for me it is mainly about balance. About nurturing a good, happy daily life. After all, you spend so much time at work that you have a responsibility to yourself to enjoy it.

One of the many things I appreciate with Mpya is how we have been able to create a work environment where everyone feels heard. Everyone feels safe to voice their honest opinions and concerns about anything. Additionally, having genuinely engaged colleagues that support and want me to become the best version of myself (both personally and professionally) makes for a very unique work experience.

At Mpya Digital, the only one setting the boundaries for my personal development is me. Whatever direction I want to go or whatever area within my field I decide to pursue, Mpya’s got my back. This is possible through the caring people I have the luxury of calling my colleagues. No matter if it’s a case of solving a tough problem at a client or having a great time at an AW, it’s always a blast with the Mpyans.
